Bellarena Railway Station is situated on the A2, 13 miles west of Coleraine and 5 miles North of Limavady. There are many ways to get here, the train being an obvious one! Listed below are a selection of methods and routes.

By Train:

Bellarena is on the Belfast to Derry line and all trains are scheduled to stop at Bellarena. But there is no harm to tell the guard, to be sure to be sure! Train times are available from Northern Ireland Railways.

By Car:

Driving from Dublin, it is much of a muchness whether you go via Belfast or Armagh. The latter is 20 miles shorter but the former has Motorway/Dual Carriageway for long stretches. They take about the same length of time (as each other). Here are the main road routes:
Belfast - Ballymena - Coleraine - Bellarena (follow A2 west from Coleraine).
Dublin - Dundalk - Armagh - Cookstown (A26 to the A6) - Dungiven - Limavady - Bellarena.
Derry - Limavady - Bellarena.
Larne - Ballymena - Coleraine - Bellarena (follow A2 west from Coleraine).
Belfast International Airport - Antrim - Ballymena - Coleraine - Bellarena (follow A2 west from Coleraine).

For more detailed routeplanning check out the excellent AA Routeplanner.

By Air:

Any of Northern Ireland's three airports can be used to access Bellarena Railway Station, with varying levels of ease.
Belfast International Airport is about an hour away. You can hire a car or take a short taxi journey to the nearby Antrim Railway Station and travel on by rail.
Belfast City Airport/George Best Airport is the farthest away, but is served by the railway. You need to change trains at Belfast Central.
City of Derry Airport is the nearest. While the railway line runs past the end of the runway, there is as yet no station at the airport. The airport is roughly 6 miles from Derry towards Bellarena, so a taxi is an option. Otherwise a bus to Limavady and then take the local bus to Bellarena. Car Hire is also available at City of Derry airport. Or another option is to travel to the Waterside railway station in the city and take the train out to Bellarena.

By Bus:

The number 134 bus runs between Limavady and Coleraine and stops 50 metres from the station. Take a look at the Ulsterbus website for times and details of buses to Coleraine and/or Limavady.
